    • Recommended for time-sensitive orders
  2. Free Shipping (Orders over $50)
    • Carrier: EMS
    • Delivery time: 15-25 business days after shipment
    • Economical option for larger orders

Note: We currently ship worldwide, excluding some Asian countries and remote areas. Delivery times may vary based on destination and customs processing.

Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, these products cannot be returned once used or opened:

  • Chainsaws & Pole Saws (if used)
  • Cutting & Crimping Tools (if packaging opened)
  • Clothing (if hygiene seals are broken)
  • Customized or special order items

Return & Exchange Process

Step 1: Initiate Your Return/Exchange

Contact our customer service within 15 days of receiving your order:

    • Item(s) for return/exchange
    • Reason for return

Step 2: Receive Return Authorization

We’ll respond within 1-2 business days with:

  • Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
  • Detailed return instructions
  • Return shipping address

Step 3: Package and Ship Your Return

Please ensure:

  • RMA number is clearly marked on the package
  • Items are securely packaged in original packaging
  • You keep the shipping tracking number

Step 4: Processing Your Return

Once we receive your return:

  • We inspect items within 2-3 business days
  • For approved returns, we process your refund or ship exchange
  • You’ll receive email confirmation when complete

Refund Information

Processing Time

Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days after we receive and inspect your return. Timing of credit appearing depends on your payment provider:

  • Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): 5-10 business days
  • PayPal: 3-5 business days

Refund Amount

Your refund includes:

  • Purchase price of returned item(s)
  • Original shipping costs (if entire order is returned)

Note: Return shipping costs are not refundable. For exchanges, we cover shipping costs of the replacement item.

Exchanges

To exchange an item for a different size, model, or product:

  • Follow the same return process
  • Clearly indicate what you want to exchange for
  • For higher-priced exchanges, you’ll pay the difference
  • For lower-priced items, we’ll refund the difference

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item:

International Returns

For customers outside the United States:
